Afflicted and tormented by Evil Spirit, Nali found rest in the arms of Jesus!
I was once afflicted and tormented with demon possessions. One day, when I was in school, I encountered one student who was possessed by demons; it all started when a demon possessed student crossed over my head and patted me on my head. I began to experience extreme dizziness after that; I began to see strange and horrible creatures; some of them naked and very awful; they surrounded me but I fought them and killed some of them but one demon managed to get inside my body, and when I came out of the class room I again encountered another ferocious looking demon but I killed the creature. My friends took me to a Temple and on reaching the temple, I kept rolling from inside to outside of the temple several times. I came to know of this incident after my friends told me about it. The wife of temple Priest told us that, I must buy incense sticks for puja and instructed me to build a temple and asked me to convince my parents to support me and instructed me to tell my parents to never convert to Christianity. She warned me not to ignore her advice or I would be at risk to my life. People began to come to me to tell them about their life situations, students would ask me to tell them about their exam result before the result comes out.
I was prohibited to use soaps while bathing and not permitted to use any kind of oil or cosmetic. My whole body emitted a horrible smell and my matted hair became stiffed due to dirt. When I was brought to my Aunty's home for Prayer, I hesitated to come because I had a feeling of fear in my mind but I did not know why or what I was afraid of. When I reach my Aunty's home, I fell down and the demons started to attack me. I was completely senseless [as told by my families] yet within me, I was fighting with the demons. My Aunty placed the Holy Bible on my head and prayed in the name of Jesus Christ and I was healed.

Harsing Singnar (Nali’s Father):
My name is Harsing Singnar and the name of my daughter is Nali Singnarpi. We are from Langlokso area of Karbi Anglong. I had admitted my daughter at the plane district of Assam for her schooling where she stayed in a rented house with others. During her stay in the plane district, she got sick and used to fell down unconscious but would become normal again. This continued for many days. One day, her friends took her to a Temple at Dhentaghat without my knowledge. The Temple Priest advised lots of pujas and rituals and asked them to buy incense sticks for performing pujas. I made all necessary arrangement for those items, but my daughter had no signs of improvement. I decided to try Jesus Christ and gave up all pujas and rituals at the temple and brought back my daughter and surrendered her to Jesus Christ and she was healed.
Nali’s Aunty:
Nali was possessed by evil spirits; she was afraid to come here and when she arrived here, she screamed and cried and fell down and rolled her self to the ground; she was restless and was extremely strong inspite of her tender age. There were lots of non-Christian people who observe her condition that day, some of them eagerly waiting to see what I was going to do. I placed the Holy Bible on her head and prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, and she became calmed. The evil spirit inside Nali said: “I am so sorry to come here; I will surely die, so I will pierce myself with the spears.” Then on Thursday night, she was taken to the church and we all prayed for her; she began to cry. I tried to take out the 'Tabiz' [talisman] that she was wearing around her neck and wrist but she fought back saying, she would die if the 'tabiz' were taken out. But we managed to take out the 'tabiz' in the name of Jesus Christ and after few moments she stopped crying and joined us in singing hymns; after the church was over, we came back home and had dinner and she was fine. After three days, her father took her to their home at the hill side and but once again she became “demon possessed” just like before; so her father brought her back to the prayer centre and she remained 'demon possessed’ for about 3 more days. Today, Nali is completely healed.I have not done anything to heal her but I just placed the Holy Bible on her head and prayed in the name of Jesus Christ. She is healed only in Jesus name.
