My name is Bidyasing Kro from Kro Village, Karbi Anglong District. I suffered from health problems and did everything to restore the condition of my health. Once I consulted a palmist and he said to me that I suffered from 'witchcraft'. I had also performed various sacrifices to propitiate various gods and goddesses. The condition of my arm, and my whole body became so bad, that, I was afraid of loosing my arm or becoming paralyzed. My conditions started with a ‘boil’ on my arm but with the passage of time, my arm began to swell very badly to the point that, I could not even lift up my hands. Doctors and Temples and Pagan rituals could not take away my conditions.

My pain became unbearable day by day. One day, I came to know that, ‘Witchcrafts’ and ‘Mantras’ can be dispelled in the name of Jesus Christ. So I made a prayer request in a Church and so they prayed for my condition; right after the prayer, I could sense relief from pain in my body. They prayed for me again the next day and as I was leaving home from the service, the ‘boil’ disappeared miraculously and I was healed completely.

My heart was moved,  as I had personally gone through this wonderful experience  myself,  and I  began to ponder  about all the wonderful testimonies  others had told   me about . I made my decision to follow Jesus Christ. Now I have good health, peace of mind and indeed a changed life. I would not  have suffered so much had I known Jesus Christ earlier. I am so thankful to God.

 

My wife also suffered from rheumatism since her younger days; though I knew about her health condition, I did not hesitate to marry her; she could not move or walk freely because of the disease and had to be supported by an attendant to attend the call of nature. We consulted doctors but her condition showed no improvement.

With great faith, we accepted Jesus Christ, as Christ can heal all diseases. We also came to know from others that, Jesus Christ gives Eternal Life. After accepting Jesus Christ, my wife also got healed from rheumatism.

I am convinced that Jesus is all powerful and has power over Mantras, Witchcrafts and all kinds of Diseases.
